At Brameast Family Health Organization, our telephones are answered Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Appointments are subject to physician availability. Every effort will be made to have a physician see any urgent problem as soon as possible the same day. Patients with urgent or acute problems who need to be seen on the same day should call to book an appointment with an available doctor before trying the daily acute care clinic, which is open from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday (summer hours will vary) and between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM on weekends and statutory holidays. We are open every day except for Christmas/New Year and Good Friday. After hours, a registered nurse is available for advice through the Telephone Health Advisory Service at 1-866-553-7205.
